Lead​/Head – Technical Training Programs

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our technical training initiatives for engineering, management, and science graduates. The ideal candidate will bridge academia and industry by designing and delivering customized programs that equip students with practical skills, making them job ready. This role involves collaborating with a team of 40+ members on curriculum development, workshops, and industry-aligned training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead customized training modules technical areas (domain-specific tools, project management, emerging tech like AI/ML, VLSI, etc).
- Analyse industry needs and skill gaps to develop customized training curricula aligned with market expectations.
- Lead certifications:
Red Hat (Linux/sysadmin), Cisco (CCNA/networking), Microsoft (Azure/Office 365), AWS/CompTIA, etc., to prepare students for industry credentials.
- Mentor, train, and guide trainers/faculty to ensure high-quality program delivery.
- Monitor and report training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and placement/industry-readiness metrics.
- Build partnerships for internships and placements.

Qualifications &

Experience:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering, Management or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of industry experience, with at least 3–5 years in training, teaching, or capability-building roles.
- Strong understanding of industry expectations, employability skills, and workforce readiness.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering large-scale or multi-disciplinary training programs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- A strong teaching/training bent of mind with the ability to inspire and mentor learners.
