Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Roorkee for a Placement Officer. Responsibilities include establishing and managing relationships with potential recruiters to facilitate campus placements, organizing training programs and career counseling sessions to support student development, and ensuring a seamless placement process. The Placement Officer will also coordinate with academic departments to align students' career aspirations with industry opportunities and provide personalized assistance to students for career development.

Qualifications

- Proficient skills in Campus Placement and Recruitment Coordination.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal abilities for networking with recruiters and guiding students effectively.
- Experience in Career Counseling and providing personalized advice to help students achieve their professional goals.
- Expertise in Planning and Conducting Training sessions to enhance students' job-readiness and employability skills.
- Background in Education and familiarity with university-level academic and placement environments.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree or professional certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Prior experience in a similar role or in the education sector is a plus.
