Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Kolkata metropolitan area for Academic Leadership and Subject Teachers. The role entails lesson planning, teaching, and delivering engaging and effective educational experiences to students. Collaborating with colleagues, the selected candidate will ensure a cohesive and enriching curriculum across subjects, while effectively addressing students' needs. Additionally, the role requires playing a supportive role in training initiatives and maintaining effective communication with parents and stakeholders to foster a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

Experience with Lesson Planning to develop structured and engaging educational materials
Strong expertise in Education and Teaching to deliver effective and interactive lessons
Proficient Communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues
Ability to conduct Training sessions to guide and support students or peers
Relevant academic background and teaching certifications preferred
Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and passion for student success
