Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Role Overview
The Admissions Officer will be responsible for  end-to-end admissions management , serving as the first point of contact for prospective parents and ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming admissions experience.
This role directly contributes to the school’s growth and enrolment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Handle all admission enquiries (walk-ins, calls, Whats App, referrals)
Counsel parents on curriculum, grades, school philosophy, and facilities
Conduct campus walkthroughs for prospective parents
Guide parents through the complete admissions process (forms, documents, timelines)
Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions
Provide regular admissions updates to management
Support admissions drives, open houses, and enquiry campaigns

Required

Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in  English & Telugu  (mandatory)
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
Confident, professional, and parent-friendly approach
Organized, detail-oriented, and follow-up focused
Graduate in any discipline
Prior experience in  school admissions / front office / parent counselling  is an advantage

What We Offer
Salary package of  17,000- 22,000 per month , based on experience and suitability.
