We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our  Marketing & Admissions  function and drive institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive  Marketing & Branding Strategy  targeting prospective students, parents, and key stakeholders.
Design and execute an integrated  Advertising Plan  leveraging both digital and offline channels.
Plan, organize, and execute  on-ground outreach and engagement events  to strengthen student recruitment efforts.
Drive student enrolments to achieve and exceed budgeted targets.
Benchmark the admissions process against industry leaders and implement best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
Collect, analyze, and report data to measure marketing and admissions performance.
Lead and facilitate a structured  student onboarding experience  ensuring a seamless transition to campus life.
Build and mentor a high-performing  Admissions team .
Stay updated on sector trends, employment opportunities, and higher education market dynamics.

Experience & Qualification
10+ years of experience in the education sector in a similar leadership role.
Relevant Master’s degree required.
