Job Description:

Admission Counselor cum Telecaller   Numen Eduservices  is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented  Admission Counselor cum Telecaller  to join our team. This role is crucial in driving student admissions and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build rapport with prospective students and parents.
Responsibilities:
Telecalling & Lead Generation:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to introduce Numen Eduservices' programs and services.
Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and questioning techniques.
Maintain accurate records of calls and lead information in the CRM system.
Follow up on inquiries and leads promptly.
Admission Counseling:
Provide comprehensive information about courses, admission procedures, and fee structures.
Counsel students and parents on career options and educational pathways.
Address student queries and concerns effectively.
Guide students through the admission process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Conduct face-to-face and online counseling sessions.
Sales & Target Achievement:
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Convert leads into successful admissions.
Promote and sell Numen Eduservices' programs and services.
Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Participate in marketing and promotional events.
Handle data entry as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferably in the education sector).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Specify required languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students and parents.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (preferred).
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.

A passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their goals.
Ability to handle objections.
