Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Counsellor based in Dwarka. The Education Counsellor will engage with students, career switchers, and professionals to provide comprehensive educational and career guidance. Key responsibilities include assisting prospective candidates in understanding the institute's programs, conducting consultations to identify individual career goals, and offering personalized counseling to help clients align their education with career aspirations.

The Education Counsellor will also be expected to build relationships with candidates and guide them through the enrollment process.

Qualifications
Expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
Strong skills in Career Counseling and guiding individuals through professional development
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Knowledge of the education landscape and its connection to career opportunities is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselin
g, or a related field
Empathetic and approachable demeanor with a passion for helping others achieve their goals
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
