Academic Counselor

Location: Ernākulam

Role Overview  We are looking for an energetic and student-focused  Junior Academic Counsellor  to guide prospective students in choosing the right digital marketing courses. You will handle inquiries, counsel students, and support the admissions process through calls, Whats App, and direct interactions.
This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who enjoy communication, sales, and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities   Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries (calls, Whats App, walk-ins)
Explain courses, career opportunities, and training benefits clearly
Conduct counselling sessions and convert leads into admissions
Follow up with interested students and maintain lead records
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for campaigns and workshops
Support college visits, seminars, and admission drives
Maintain CRM/data updates and daily reports
Required Skills   Strong communication skills (Malayalam & English mandatory)
Confident speaking and presentation ability
Basic knowledge of digital marketing or education industry (preferred)
Good persuasion and counselling skills
Ability to handle targets and follow-ups
MS Office / Google Sheets basics
Eligibility   Any Degree / Diploma
0–1 year experience in counselling, telecalling, sales, or customer support
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
