Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor based in Kochi. The Academic Counselor will engage with students, providing academic advising and career counseling tailored to individual goals. Day-to-day tasks include guiding students through educational pathways, addressing their concerns, and helping them achieve academic success. The role also involves effective communication with students and guardians, maintaining detailed records, and offering support to ensure a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to effectively support and guide students
Strong Communication skills to interact with students, guardians, and other stakeholders
Experience in Academic Advising and Education to provide appropriate guidance on academic and career goals
Empathy, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills to create a supportive and structured learning atmosphere
A Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in educational or counseling roles is an advantage
