High School Coordinator

Location: Koppal

Sri Sharada International School is seeking an experienced and dynamic High School Coordinator to oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the high school section. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, curriculum knowledge, and the ability to guide teachers and students toward academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily academic operations of the high school section
Monitor lesson planning, teaching quality, and student performance
Guide and support teachers in curriculum implementation
Ensure smooth execution of CBSE/ICSE academic activities
Conduct meetings, academic reviews, and parent interactions
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
Support school management in academic planning and administration
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant subject
B.Ed mandatory
Additional leadership or academic coordination experience preferred
Experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years teaching experience in high school
Prior experience as Coordinator, Supervisor, or Academic Lead preferred
Skills Required
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of CBSE/ICSE curriculum
Academic planning and classroom observation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Student and parent management abilities
