Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CMA US Faculty member at our Bengaluru  location. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality CMA (USA) course curriculum, conducting interactive live sessions, and guiding students through challenging financial concepts. Daily tasks include lesson planning, assessing student performance, answering academic queries, and contributing to course content improvements. Additionally, the role involves mentoring students to help them achieve their certification goals and staying updated with the latest trends in financial education.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge in Financial Accounting and Management Accounting
Freshers are also welcome
Proficiency in teaching or training, with experience in curriculum delivery for professional finance courses like CMA (USA)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners
Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital tools for engaging virtual learning
Demonstrated ability to guide, mentor, and motivate students in achieving professional certification goals
Certified CMA (USA) qualification mandatory; additional certifications like CPA (USA) would be considered a plus
Prior teaching or professional experience in finance or accounting is highly desirable
Strong analytical skills and a passion for fostering a positive learning environment
