About the Role
Chandigarh University is looking for  dynamic, motivated, and student-focused Tele Counselors / Admission Counselors  to join our growing Admissions Department.
If you have prior experience in  EdTech, student counseling, or university admissions , and enjoy meaningful conversations that help students shape their future, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities
Make  cold, inbound, and outbound calls  to prospective students.
Provide detailed  counseling on courses, programs, eligibility,  and admission procedures.
Meet  daily, weekly, and monthly  admissions and sales targets.
Manage and convert leads effectively with consistent follow-ups.
Update and maintain accurate data in the  CRM system .
Address and resolve student/parent queries professionally.
Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and university events.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum  1 year of experience  in EdTech / Education Counseling / University Admissions.
Excellent  spoken communication  and confident phone presence.
Strong  sales and persuasion  skills with a target-driven approach.
Comfortable with  high-volume calling  and lead conversion.
Basic computer knowledge;  CRM experience  preferred.
