Our academic team will contribute to the co-creation and delivery of an innovative, transdisciplinary curriculum that integrates engineering, design, management, social sciences, and beyond, with a strong emphasis on real-world problem-solving and the transformative role of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. You will have the opportunity to engage in teaching, research, and community-oriented initiatives through a collaborative, transdisciplinary approach, supported by strong industry partnerships and collaborations, at our fully residential, state-of-the-art campus in Goa.

What you will do
Curriculum design
High-impact research and knowledge dissemination
Building and engaging in strong industry partnerships and collaborations

What you will not:
Chasing the publication numbers without impact
Teaching and researching without inter-connection
Theorizing above application of knowledge
Anything that don’t add value to teaching-learning process

A Successful Candidate:
Earned doctorate with a good master’s degree
Demonstrated ability to teach across disciplinary boundaries
Publication record in high-impact journal will be a plus but not a mandatory criterion for fresh Ph Ds
Experience in translating academic work into industry-relevant applications or partnerships

Experience with innovative pedagogies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
