Job Summary
Chandigarh University is seeking dynamic, target-driven Admission Counselors / Senior Admission Counselors to join its admissions team. The role involves proactive telecalling, handling student and parent inquiries, counseling prospective students, and converting leads into successful admissions while consistently achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities
Telecalling & Lead Management
Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective students and parents from provided lead databases
Handle inbound inquiries via phone, Whats App, and email professionally
Conduct cold calling and regular follow-ups on assigned leads
Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM
Track daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion performance
Achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets
Admission Counseling
Counsel students and parents regarding university programs, eligibility criteria, admission process, fee structure, scholarships, and key dates
Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic programs
Build trust and long-term relationships with prospective students and parents
Follow up consistently until admission confirmation or closure

Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Admission Counselor / Telecaller / Education Sales Executive
Experience in Education or EdTech industry preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and relationship-building skills
Target-oriented mindset with professional phone etiquette
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
Personal Attributes
Confident and persuasive communication style
Strong listening and objection-handling skills
Patient and professional while handling complex inquiries
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
