Role Description  This is a part-time, on-site Physics Teacher role based in Borivali and Kandivali in Mumbai . The Physics Teacher will plan and deliver engaging IGCSE-aligned physics lessons, using clear explanations, demonstrations, and practical examples to build strong conceptual understanding. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, assignments, and assessments, as well as monitoring and supporting student progress through regular feedback. The teacher will collaborate with academic staff to align content with Cambridge curriculum standards and may participate in test preparation sessions, extra help classes, and parent or guardian communications.

Maintaining an inclusive, respectful classroom environment and staying updated with best practices in physics education are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications
Strong subject-matter expertise in  Physics  and familiarity with IGCSE or Cambridge curriculum standards.
Experience in  Physics Education  and  Teaching , including classroom management and learner-centered instruction.
Ability to integrate relevant  Mathematics  concepts into physics topics to support problem-solving and exam readiness.
Proficiency in  Lesson Planning , including designing structured, outcome-focused lessons, assignments, and assessments.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Physics or engineering is must. No other qualifications will be entertained.
Clear, effective communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas in an accessible way to diverse learners.
Commitment to student-centered learning, continuous improvement, and maintaining an inclusive, respectful classroom environment.
Prior experience teaching IGCSE or similar international curricula is highly desirable.
