Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Paid Ads Specialist located in Mohali district. The Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing ad strategies, conducting keyword research, analyzing campaign performance, and making data-driven decisions to improve results. The role also involves staying updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure maximum ROI on advertising spend.

Qualifications
Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels
Strong analytical skills with experience in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize spend
Experience in keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to make data-driven decisions and keep up with industry trends
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
