Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site English Lecturer role based in Shamirpet. The English Lecturer will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lectures and tutorials in English language and literature, aligned with institutional curricula and learning objectives. Responsibilities include designing lesson plans, creating instructional materials, and using appropriate teaching methodologies to support diverse learners. The lecturer will assess student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.

The role also involves contributing to curriculum development, participating in academic and departmental meetings, mentoring students on academic and communication skills, and engaging in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in English education.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in English Teaching and Lecturing, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment.
Experience in Curriculum Development and Education, including designing lesson plans, learning outcomes, and assessments aligned with institutional standards.
Proven Teaching skills, including classroom management, student engagement, and the use of varied pedagogical approaches.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong grammar, vocabulary, and presentation skills.
Master’s degree or higher in English, English Literature, Linguistics, Education, or a closely related field (or equivalent qualification).
Familiarity with educational technology, learning management systems, and digital resources to support teaching and learning.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, participate in academic committees, and contribute to departmental initiatives.
Prior experience as a lecturer or teacher in higher education or professional institutes is highly desirable.
