Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Accountancy Teacher role based in the Agar Malwa district. The Accountancy Teacher will plan and deliver clear, structured lessons aligned with the relevant curriculum, ensuring that students understand fundamental and advanced accounting concepts. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching theory and practical accounting problems, conducting classroom activities, and using real-world examples to explain financial statements, ledgers, and other core topics.

The teacher will assess student performance through tests, assignments, and class participation, provide constructive feedback, and support learners who need additional help. The role also involves maintaining accurate academic records, participating in staff meetings and school events, communicating with parents or guardians when needed, and contributing to a positive, inclusive classroom culture.

Salary-  Per month

Qualifications

Strong subject knowledge in Accountancy, including financial accounting, basic cost accounting, and related commerce topics.
Ability to design and deliver engaging lesson plans, including practical exercises, problem-solving activities, and exam-oriented practice.
Effective classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Commerce, Accountancy, or a related field; a

B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
Experience teaching accountancy or commerce subjects at school or coaching-institute level is highly desirable.
Comfort with basic digital tools for preparing materials, maintaining records, and, if needed, supporting blended or technology-aided learning.
Commitment to student development, ethical practices, continuous learning, and collaboration with colleagues and school leadership.
