Job Summary
Chandigarh University is seeking enthusiastic, result-oriented, and dynamic Tele Counselors to join its Admissions Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students over calls, providing accurate information about academic programs, guiding them through the admission process, and assisting them in making informed educational decisions. The role requires excellent communication skills, a student-centric approach, and a passion for helping learners achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound admission inquiries.
Provide detailed information regarding university programs, admission procedures, scholarships, fee structure, and campus facilities.
Counsel students and parents on suitable courses based on their educational background and career aspirations.
Maintain and update student records, call logs, follow-ups, and counseling activities in CRM/ERP systems.
Convert qualified leads into successful admissions through effective counseling and relationship management.
Follow up regularly with prospective students to ensure a smooth admission journey.
Address student and parent queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly counseling and admission targets.
Coordinate with Admissions, Marketing, Academic, and Student Services teams for seamless student onboarding.
Participate in training programs and stay updated on university offerings, policies, and admission processes.
Ensure a positive and professional representation of Chandigarh University during all interactions.

Eligibility Criteria
Education
Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
Preference will be given to candidates from Education, Management, Communication, or related fields.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in:
Educational Counseling
Academic Admissions
EdTech Counseling
Customer Service
Tele-Sales/Inside Sales
