Job Summary:
The International Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective international students through the entire admission process. The role involves student counseling, application management, follow-ups, documentation verification, and coordination with internal departments to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel and assist international students regarding academic programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.
Respond promptly to inquiries received through calls, emails, Whats App, and social media platforms.
Guide applicants through document submission, eligibility checks, and admission formalities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to maximize conversion rates.
Coordinate with internal departments for application processing and enrollment activities.
Verify and organize student documents as per university guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update database systems.
Participate in education fairs, webinars, virtual counseling sessions, and promotional events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international students and recruitment partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
1–3 years of experience in admissions, student counseling, international education, or a related field.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for student counseling may also apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
