About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and student-focused Overseas Education Consultant / Student Counselor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding students through every stage of the international admissions process, from university selection and application preparation to visa assistance and pre-departure support.

This role requires strong counseling abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of international education systems and admission procedures for countries such as the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling

Conduct comprehensive counseling sessions with students and parents to understand academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and financial considerations.
Provide accurate and personalized guidance regarding overseas education opportunities.

University and Course Selection

Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable universities, programs, and study destinations.
Advise students on admission requirements, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and career prospects.

Application Management

Assist students with preparing and reviewing application documents, including Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), resumes, and essays.
Manage application submissions and monitor admission progress through to offer issuance.

Visa Guidance and Pre-Departure Support

Provide end-to-end visa application assistance, including documentation review and interview preparation.
Conduct mock visa interviews and pre-departure orientation sessions.

Stakeholder Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, university representatives, and institutional partners.
Ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the student journey.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in overseas education counseling, international admissions, or student recruitment.
Strong knowledge of international education systems, university admissions, and visa processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, counseling, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Telugu and Hindi will be advantageous.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
