Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and student-focused Education Counsellor who can guide students and working professionals in selecting the right course based on their career goals. You will be the first point of contact for prospective learners and play an important role in their career journey.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries through calls, Whats App, email, and social media
Counsel students on course details, career opportunities, fee structure, and enrollment process
Follow up with leads generated through Meta ads, website forms, and offline campaigns
Maintain accurate records in CRM and achieve weekly/monthly admission targets
Coordinate demo sessions and ensure smooth onboarding of students
Collaborate with marketing and training teams for continuous improvement
Represent Sifcore in webinars, counselling sessions, and educational events when required
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English
Confident, empathetic, and student-oriented personality
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM tools, and Whats App Business
Prior experience in education counselling, telesales, or EdTech is preferred
Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset
