Job Overview:
The Manager
- Channel Partner (Admission) plays a critical role in attracting and enrolling students into the institution's programs. This role involves engaging with prospective students, guiding them through the admission process, and ensuring a smooth transition into the institution. The Admission Executive acts as a liaison between the institution and potential students, providing comprehensive information about the programs, admissions criteria, and the benefits of enrolling.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment:
Proactively reach out to potential students through various channels (phone calls, emails, social media, etc.).
Attend education fairs, school visits, and other recruitment events to promote the institution.
Counseling and Guidance:
Provide detailed information and counseling to prospective students regarding admission requirements, program offerings, financial aid, and other inquiries.
Guide students through the application process, ensuring they understand the requirements and deadlines.
Application Processing:
Review and process student applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
Coordinate with the admissions team to evaluate applications and make admission decisions.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the admissions database.
Prepare regular reports on admissions metrics and progress towards recruitment targets.
Communication:
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and educators.
Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments such as marketing, academic departments, and financial aid to ensure a cohesive approach to student recruitment.
Collaborate with alumni and current students to leverage testimonials and success stories in recruitment efforts.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify new recruitment opportunities and trends in the education sector.
Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance promotional materials and strategies.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Previous experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
