Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot for a Mother Teacher and Life Skills Trainer. Responsibilities include teaching and mentoring students in various academic and life skills areas, developing and implementing engaging educational plans, managing student behavior, and creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The role also involves close coordination with parents to ensure students' holistic development and effective communication of progress.

Qualifications

Strong teaching and classroom management skills with experience in working with children
Ability to develop and implement engaging lesson plans for academic and life skills training
Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and teams
Empathy, patience, and enthusiasm for fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment
Prior experience in teaching or training roles, preferably in schools or similar institutions
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or relevant fields. Certification in life skills training is a plus
