Academic counselor

Role Overview  We are looking for a highly motivated  Academic Counselor  who can guide and convert prospective students into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, skilled in communication, and capable of understanding student needs to recommend the right course.

Key Responsibilities   Handle  inbound leads  from Meta Ads, website, Whats App, and other channels
Educate students  about course details, career opportunities, and benefits
Understand student background, goals, and suggest suitable programs
Perform  follow-ups  via calls, Whats App, and email to nurture leads
Convert inquiries into  paid enrollments
Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and student support
Achieve  weekly & monthly admission targets
Key Skills Required   Strong communication & convincing skills
Sales mindset with a focus on conversions
Good listening and counseling ability
Basic understanding of education/career guidance
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Familiarity with CRM tools and Whats App communication
