Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive for Admissions & Outreach for a full-time, on-site position located in Mohali district. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving student enrollments by identifying and reaching out to prospective students and building relationships with schools, coaching centers, and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include conducting presentations, organizing outreach activities, maintaining a database of prospects, guiding students and parents through the application process, and achieving targeted admissions goals.

The role also involves closely collaborating with the marketing and admissions teams to develop effective strategies for business growth.

Qualifications

Sales and outreach experience, with the ability to develop strong relationships and meet enrollment targets.
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and education partners.
Proficiency in data management, CRM tools, and maintaining accurate records of survey reports and prospects.
Customer service and interpersonal skills for counseling prospective students and their families.
Drive to achieve goals, organizational skills, and adaptability to enhance outreach effectiveness.
Prior experience in education admissions or similar roles is preferred.
Willingness to work on-site in Mohali and travel as required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
