Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh for a Senior Admissions Counselor. The Senior Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students and families through the admissions process, providing them with information about academic programs, application requirements, and campus life. Responsibilities include proactively engaging with prospective students, conducting informational sessions, building relationships, and helping them make informed decisions about their education.

The role also involves working closely with the admissions team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to connect with prospective students and families
Proven abilities in Customer Service to provide personalized support throughout the admissions process
Experience in Sales to meet recruitment goals and maintain relationships effectively
An understanding of the Education sector and educational advising
Proficiency in public speaking and presenting to various audiences
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Educational background:
Bachelor’s degree; a Master's in Education or relevant field is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools and admissions software is an advantage
