Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Team Lead in managing the daily activities of the admissions & counseling team.
Monitor counsellor’s follow-ups & ensure timely communication with prospective students.
Support the Team Lead in achieving departmental targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task
Handle student inquiries and provide basic guidance regarding study abroad programs.
Assist counsellors in managing student applications and admission processes.
Follow up with students regarding pending documents, application and university requirements.
Ensure accurate & updated student records in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in study abroad, counseling, or education consultancy.
Strong communication, leadership & team coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems.
