Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Admissions Counselor based in Vivek Vihar, New Delhi. The Senior Admissions Counselor will assist NEET UG & PG aspirants by providing expert guidance throughout the medical admission process. Responsibilities include offering one-on-one counseling, helping with choice filling and profile assessments, providing accurate and timely information regarding colleges, rank predictions, and cutoffs, and addressing any aspirant or parent concerns professionally and empathetically.

The role will also involve maintaining relationships with students and their families to ensure an excellent counseling experience.

Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
Proven expertise in Customer Service and Sales to effectively guide and support students
Knowledge or background in Education with an understanding of the medical admission process in India
Ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with students and families
Proficiency in working independently as part of a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Familiarity with NEET UG & PG admissions process is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field preferred
