Job Purpose :
The incumbent will lead the delivery of training programmes, in-person, virtual as well as asynchronous programmes and ensure smooth conduct of all training related activities at the Bharti Institute of Public Policy /he will be required to ensure efficient execution of all of the critical functions thereby contributing towards end-to-end delivery of the training programmes. The Sr Manager-Trainings will be coordinating closely with Government Institutions and organizations.

The incumbent will be required to provide administrative support to faculty, ensure logistic support, and to liaise with all stakeholders.

Job Outline :
As a Sr. Manager of the Bharti Institute of Public Policy department, the job holder is expected to ensure smooth conduct of various in-person, virtual, asynchronous or hybrid training programmes at the institute. She/he will be the one-point contact for all Training related activity, and in turn liaise with faculty, students, clients, digital education platform partners, LMS team and Teaching Associates to ensure all activities are efficiently carried out, and data compiled, stored and communicated in a timely manner.
S/he is also responsible for all core function of trainings, be it Course Coordination, Faculty contracts, Logistics etc. Further s/he is expected to work towards faculty satisfaction. The incumbent is expected to provide administrative support to faculty for smooth delivery of course which would involve different activities.
With regard to people responsibilities the incumbent is supposed to closely work with other team members within BIPP and has to exhibit a good team player role. Further, she/he needs to closely coordinate with her/his team and other staff members at ISB ensuring internal coordination with finance, commercials, operations, IT/AV and other teams. The job holder is also expected to handle queries and escalations forwarded by the team and other relevant source.

Job Specification
Knowledge / Education :
Master’s Degree in Public Policy, Economics, Management or related discipline
Specific Skills :  Strong IT Skills  Knowledge of latest pedagogy  Understanding students’ needs  Problem solving skills  Highly proactive  Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Multitasking ability, Time management skills and attention to detail  Knowledge of delivery of courses in hybrid mode  Knowledge of conducting Training need assessment and Training Impacts will be desirable  Ensuring regular updates to content team for updating Training webpages and SM handles  Planning and Implementation of Training Programmes

Desirable Experience :
At least 7 years experience in middle management role, preferably in Academics/Trainings. Should have a comprehensive knowledge of on-line platforms and course delivery 8-10 years with minimum 4 years in senior position in a reputed Organization with an experiencing of conducting high end training programmes.
