About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Behavioral Learning & Development professional to join our HR team. In this role, you will be the architect of our organization’s behavioral learning agenda - leading end-to-end training needs identification, translating insights into a meaningful annual learning calendar, and designing or sourcing high-impact interventions that drive measurable behavior change across the business.
Beyond managing trainings, the role is expected to influence how managers think about development, embed a culture of continuous learning, and ensure that learning interventions drive visible shifts in behavior and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Training Needs Identification & Prioritization
Conduct structured Training Needs Identification (TNI) across business units
Analyze IDPs and performance inputs to identify recurring capability gaps
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to prioritize learning needs for FY27
Synthesize inputs into clear, actionable learning priorities
Annual Learning Calendar Design
Translate identified priorities into a structured, phased Annual Training Calendar that is feasible, sequenced logically, and aligned to business cycles.
Ensure the calendar reflects a balanced mix of learning modalities - instructor-led training (ILT), e-learning, blended programmes, and cohort-based experiences.
Build in review checkpoints to revisit and adapt the calendar in response to evolving business needs throughout the year.
Drive end-to-end execution with strong program management discipline
Learning Design & Development
Design behavioral learning interventions, journeys and collaterals aligned to identified needs
Develop content for ILT, digital, and blended formats
Create engaging, well-structured e-learning modules using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline / Rise or equivalent), ensuring content is interactive, scenario-based, and learner-centric
Partner with external vendors where required, ensuring contextual relevance and quality
Balance standardized programs with customized interventions for specific teams
Apply principles of adult learning, behavior change theory, and instructional design best practices to all interventions
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with HRBPs and business leaders to co-own the learning agenda
Engage managers to ensure on-ground reinforcement and application of learning
Manage external partners for content development and delivery
Learning Adoption & Effectiveness
Drive participation and engagement across interventions
Track feedback, completion, and effectiveness of programs
Continuously refine interventions based on insights and evolving needs
Key Attributes
Strong experience in behavioral L&D and capability building
Proven ability to design and deliver both enterprise-wide and targeted learning interventions
Expertise in TNI, IDP analysis, and learning design
Strong program/project management skills
Effective stakeholder management and influencing ability
Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution

6-8 years in Learning & Development / Talent Development
MBA / Postgraduate in HR or related field preferred
