Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site School Principal role based in Nanjangud. The School Principal will provide academic and administrative leadership, ensuring that teaching practices align with the school’s vision and educational standards. Key responsibilities include overseeing curriculum implementation, guiding faculty in instructional best practices, and monitoring student performance and well-being. The Principal will lead school operations such as scheduling, staff management, compliance with educational regulations, and coordination with external stakeholders.

The role also involves collaborating closely with teachers, students, and families, promoting a positive school culture, and driving continuous school improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven Educational Leadership experience, including managing academic programs, staff development, and school operations.
Strong Curriculum Development and Education expertise, with the ability to align programs to both traditional values and international standards.
Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, learners, families, and community partners.
Experience working with Middle School learners and a solid understanding of age-appropriate pedagogy and student support.
Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education or a related field; formal training in school administration or leadership is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to build an inclusive, respectful, and safe school environment for learners and staff.
Strong organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with technology-enabled teaching and school management systems is beneficial.
