Role Description As a Preschool Teacher at Eurokids-Ullal, you will create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment for young learners in a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South. You will plan and deliver daily lessons and activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, while ensuring that each child is included and engaged. Responsibilities include preparing learning materials, managing classroom routines, observing and documenting children’s progress, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.

You will communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, participate in school events and meetings, and collaborate with colleagues to refine teaching practices and support overall curriculum goals.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and understanding of child development principles.

- Experience with Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for preschool or kindergarten-level learners.
- Ability to teach and support Kindergarten readiness skills in a structured yet playful learning environment.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and colleagues.
- Relevant certification or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Teaching, or a related field.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to create an inclusive, child-centered classroom.
- Experience working in a preschool or early learning center is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in classroom management and child safety practices.
