Role Description  The TGT Maths Teacher (IX–X) will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, concept-driven mathematics lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum requirements for grades IX and X. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching in classrooms, assigning and assessing homework, conducting formative and summative assessments, and providing regular feedback to learners and guardians. The role involves designing and updating teaching materials, supporting exam preparation, identifying learning gaps, and offering remedial support where necessary.

The teacher will participate in departmental meetings, professional development programs, school events, and contribute to co-curricular activities to support holistic student development. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Sunbeam School Mughalsarai in Mughalsarai.
Qualifications
Strong subject knowledge and classroom experience in Mathematics and Mathematics Education for grades IX–X.
Demonstrated ability in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development aligned with CBSE standards.
Qualified Teacher status with relevant degrees (e.g.,

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mathematics and

B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification).
Effective classroom management, student engagement, and inclusive teaching practices.
Proficiency in using educational technology, digital tools, and multimedia resources to enhance learning.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently.
Commitment to student wellbeing, mentoring, and participation in co-curricular and school-wide activities.
Prior experience teaching CBSE secondary classes is preferred.
