Position: Assistant Professor – Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)

About the Role
MNR University is seeking passionate and qualified Assistant Professors for the Department of Computer Science & Engineering. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and an interest in research and academic development.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate CSE courses effectively.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessment tools.
Conduct practical laboratory sessions and mentor student projects.
Guide students in internships, research, hackathons, and technical competitions.
Publish research papers in reputed journals and conferences.
Participate in curriculum development and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) activities.
Contribute to NBA/NAAC accreditation, academic administration, and departmental initiatives.
Organize workshops, seminars, FDPs, and industry interaction programs.
Mentor students for academic and career development.
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering or relevant specialization with First Class.
Ph.D. in CSE is preferred.
Qualifications should be as per AICTE/UGC norms .
Experience
0–5 years of teaching, research, or relevant industry experience.
Fresh Ph.D. graduates with strong academic credentials are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of core CSE subjects such as Data Structures, Algorithms, DBMS, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Software Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud Computing, and Cyber Security.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to mentor students and undertake research projects.
Familiarity with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, and modern development tools.
Knowledge of accreditation processes (NBA/NAAC) is an added advantage.
