Banyan Tree School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Educator to join our inclusive learning community. The ideal candidate should have experience working with students with diverse learning needs and be committed to supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.

Essential Requirements
- Integrated B.A./B.Com./B.Sc.

B.Ed. in Special Education (Mandatory)
- Master's Degree in any discipline with M.Ed. in Special Education (SLD/) will be preferred
- Valid RCI Registration (CRR Number issued by the Rehabilitation Council of India) is mandatory
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with students with special educational needs in an inclusive school setup
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs
- Provide academic support, accommodations, and interventions for students with learning disabilities
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to modify curriculum and instructional strategies as required
- Monitor and assess student progress and adapt teaching approaches accordingly
- Maintain regular communication with parents and caregivers regarding student development and progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, school initiatives, and professional development programmes
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to student support and interventions
