Role Overview
We are looking for passionate, dynamic, and student-centric German Language Faculty members to join our growing Global Learning team in Jalandhar / Chandigarh / Ludhiana.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality German language training from A1 to B2/C1 levels, preparing students for internationally recognized examinations, and mentoring aspiring students planning to study in Germany. This role requires excellent teaching capabilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to create engaging offline learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured and interactive German language training for levels A1, A2, B1, B2, and C1
- Prepare students for international German language certifications including Goethe-Zertifikat, TELC, and TestDaF
- Conduct classroom-based sessions with high learner engagement
- Design lesson plans, assessments, speaking activities, and practice modules
- Monitor student progress and provide personalized academic support
- Improve students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing proficiency
- Conduct mock tests, doubt-clearing sessions, and exam readiness workshops
- Maintain classroom discipline, learning quality, and academic records
- Collaborate with counseling and admissions teams to support student success
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in German Language, Linguistics, Literature, or related field
- Certified proficiency in German language (minimum B2/C1 level preferred)
- Strong command over German grammar, pronunciation, and communication skills
- Prior experience in training students for Goethe, TELC, or TestDaF examinations
- Excellent presentation, mentoring, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Passion for teaching and student development
- Ability to simplify complex language concepts for beginners and intermediate learners
- Strong classroom management and engagement techniques
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and LMS platforms
- Cultural understanding of Germany and German academic/work environments
- Counseling or mentoring experience for study abroad aspirants will be an added advantage
- Professional, energetic, and learner-focused personality
Experience Range
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in German language training
