About the Role

We are looking for a  Visa Consultant  with 1–3 years of experience in assisting students with study abroad opportunities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of student visa application processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide students through their overseas education journey.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents about study abroad programs, courses, universities, and visa requirements.
Assist students in preparing and reviewing visa documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with embassy/consulate guidelines.
Stay updated with the latest visa rules, embassy regulations, and international education policies.
Coordinate with universities and external stakeholders for admission and visa processing.
Handle student queries related to application, visa interview preparation, and travel arrangements.
Maintain records of student applications and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for visa approvals and student admissions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: Education, Management, or related).
1–2 years of proven experience as a Visa Consultant in a study abroad/immigration consultancy.
Strong knowledge of student visa processes for countries such as USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional language skills will be an advantage).
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple student cases simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
