Role Description  The Study Abroad Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram. This role involves guiding students through the entire study abroad lifecycle, including program selection, university shortlisting, and country selection based on academic background, interests, and career goals. The advisor will provide one-on-one counseling, explain admission and visa procedures, and support applicants in preparing documentation, forms, and timelines.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with universities and partners, maintaining accurate records of student profiles and applications, and conducting information sessions, workshops, or presentations. The Study Abroad Advisor will also collaborate with language coaching teams, offer basic guidance on scholarship options, and ensure a smooth, supportive experience for each applicant from initial inquiry to departure.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Educational Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to guide students in program and university selection.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to conduct counseling sessions and build trust with students and families.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Visas and international admission processes, including documentation, timelines, and country-specific requirements.
Relevant experience in student advising, career counseling, or international education is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a degree in education, counseling, or related fields is an advantage.
Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment and manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in handling applications and records.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages and international education systems is beneficial.
