Key Responsibilities
Faculty Learning & Development
Design and deliver Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), workshops, and training sessions.
Train faculty members on modern pedagogical practices, outcome-based education (OBE), and experiential learning.
Conduct sessions on instructional design, assessment strategies, and classroom engagement techniques.
Support faculty in curriculum enhancement and academic innovation.
Teaching Excellence
Promote best practices in teaching, learning, and student engagement.
Facilitate adoption of technology-enabled teaching methodologies.
Drive initiatives related to blended learning, AI in education, and digital pedagogy.
Mentor faculty members on effective classroom delivery and academic excellence.
Research & Academic Development
Contribute to research projects, publications, and academic development initiatives.
Develop learning resources, training modules, and academic content.
Benchmark global teaching practices and recommend implementation strategies.
Quality & Accreditation Support
Assist in institutional quality enhancement initiatives.
Support NAAC, NBA, NIRF, QS, and accreditation-related faculty development activities.
Maintain training records, feedback analysis, and learning effectiveness reports.
Qualifications
Master's Degree with excellent academic record.
Ph.D. completed or pursuing in Education, Management, Psychology, Engineering, Sciences, or relevant discipline preferred.
NET/SET qualification as per UGC norms, wherever applicable.
