About the Role

Sanjivani Group of Institutes is seeking a dynamic, visionary, and experienced School Director to provide strategic leadership for 2–3 CBSE schools. The School Director will mentor and guide Principals, ensure academic excellence, strengthen parent and community engagement, and drive continuous institutional improvement while maintaining compliance with CBSE standards.

This role requires an educational leader who can balance academic quality, operational excellence, stakeholder relationships, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

- Provide leadership and strategic direction to multiple CBSE schools.
- Mentor, guide, and monitor the performance of School Principals.
- Develop and implement academic and operational strategies aligned with the institution's vision.
- Drive continuous improvement in teaching-learning practices and student outcomes.

Academic Excellence

- Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and board guidelines.
- Review academic performance, examination results, and learning outcomes.
- Promote innovative teaching methodologies, digital learning, and experiential education.
- Support curriculum planning, faculty development, and academic quality assurance.

Parent & Stakeholder Engagement

- Build strong relationships with parents, alumni, education authorities, and community stakeholders.
- Address parent concerns professionally and proactively.
- Lead parent interaction meetings, orientation programmes, and community engagement initiatives.
- Enhance the institution's reputation through transparent communication and stakeholder trust.

School Operations

- Monitor school administration, discipline, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Review admissions, infrastructure, budgeting, and resource utilization.
- Ensure adherence to CBSE affiliation norms and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Transport, and Administration for smooth school operations.

Leadership & People Development

- Coach and develop Principals and senior leadership teams.
- Drive faculty performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations, NEP 2020 guidelines, and applicable education policies.
- Lead accreditation, audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor institutional KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.

Required Qualifications

- Cambridge Curriculum Experiences Principal will be preferred
- Minimum 15–20 years of experience in school education.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Principal, Director, Academic Head, or Regional Head.
- Experience in managing multiple schools will be an added advantage.
