About the Opportunity:
- The International Affairs Department is seeking passionate, energetic, and result-oriented professionals to join our team as International Admission Counsellors for the Nepal and Bangladesh markets .
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with prospective international students, helping them make informed decisions about their higher education journey while contributing to the university's global outreach and enrollment objectives.
As an International Admission Counsellor, you will play a key role in representing the university, building strong relationships with students, parents, educational partners, and guiding applicants through every stage of the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Counselling & Admissions
Provide comprehensive counselling to prospective students regarding academic programs, eligibility requirements, scholarships, fee structures, and career opportunities.
Guide students throughout the complete admission lifecycle, from inquiry generation to enrollment.
Address student and parent queries through phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and social media platforms.
Assist applicants with documentation, application submission, and admission formalities.
Ensure a seamless and positive admission experience for all prospective students.
Student Recruitment & Outreach
Promote the university's programs to students from Nepal and Bangladesh.
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and recruitment partners.
Participate in education fairs, webinars, seminars, and student engagement activities.
Generate leads and convert prospective students into enrolled candidates.
Execute recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospective applicants.
Act as a primary point of contact for international applicants throughout the admission process.
Ensure high levels of student satisfaction through timely support and guidance.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and admissions.
Update CRM and student databases regularly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
Track recruitment performance and conversion metrics.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in International Admissions, Student Recruitment, or Education Counselling.
Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in handling admissions and student recruitment for Nepal and Bangladesh markets.
Proven experience in counselling prospective international students, managing admission processes, and achieving enrollment targets.
Strong understanding of the education landscape, student requirements, and recruitment channels in Nepal and Bangladesh.
Experience in coordinating with students, parents, educational consultants, and partner institutions will be preferred.
