Role Overview

As a Subject Expert & Program Lead , you will deliver multiple academic programs within your subject area through  personalized, high-engagement instruction

Your responsibilities will include:
International Boards :
Teaching IB, IGCSE, CBSE, and ICSE curricula with unique pedagogy
Olympiads & Challenges :
Training for national and International competitions
Standardised Tests :
Preparing students for subject-based aptitude and admission exams.
Content Development :
Designing rigorous, structured, and student-friendly materials

Candidate Profile
Master’s degree in the subject preferred (minimum: Graduate with proven teaching experience)
Strong subject expertise in their subject
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Confident, energetic, growth-oriented, and student-centric mindset

Compensation & Benefits
Comprehensive Training : 2 months (compensated)
Post
- Training- : ₹3,60,000 CTC annually (subject to experience)
Work Hours : ~50 hours/week (6 days). Yes its intense but you'll love it !
