We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy English Teacher/Trainer with over 3 years of experience to join our innovative Work-Integrated BCA Programme.

In this role, you won't just teach grammar rules. You will shape how future software engineers, data analysts, and tech professionals present their ideas, collaborate in global teams, and ace their workplace interactions.

What You Will Do
Deliver & Design:
Teach Communicative and General English modules tailored specifically for tech students balancing academics and industry work.
Workplace Readiness:
Train students in corporate communication, technical writing, presentation skills, email etiquette, and interview preparation.
Interactive Learning Move away from traditional lecture-heavy methods; design interactive workshops, group discussions, and role-plays that build real-world confidence.
Mentorship:
Provide personalized feedback to students to help them improve their verbal and written linguistic skills.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years of teaching experience in Communicative English, General English, or Corporate Training (experience with undergraduate or engineering/tech students is a massive plus).

Education:

Master’s degree in English Literature, Linguistics, ELT (English Language Teaching), Mass Communication, or a related field. Certifications like CELTA/TESOL are highly valued.
Tech-Savvy Mindset:  Since this is a School of Future Technology, comfort with digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and a basic understanding of corporate tech environments is required.

Skills:

Exceptional command over written and spoken English, high emotionalH intelligence, and the ability to command a classroom with energy and empathy.
