Role

Description:

The Biology Faculty for NEET will teach biology concepts and NEET-specific topics to students in the classroom, ensuring clarity of fundamental and advanced concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering lectures, creating and updating lesson plans, preparing study materials and question banks, and conducting doubt-solving sessions. The faculty member will regularly assess student performance through tests, provide feedback, and guide learners on exam strategies and time management.

Collaboration with other faculty members to align curriculum, participate in academic planning, and attend faculty meetings is also expected. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pandharpur, Maharashtra, requiring consistent classroom presence and active student engagement.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and teaching ability in Biology, including core concepts relevant to NEET.
Expertise in Biology (Both botany and Zoology) to support in-depth coverage of the NEET syllabus.
Experience in Curriculum Development and structuring NEET-focused study plans and test series.
Master’s degree in Biology (Botany or Zoology), higher qualifications are an advantage.
Prior teaching experience in NEET or similar competitive exam coaching is required.
Clear communication skills, classroom management abilities, and a student-centric teaching approach.
Comfort with using educational technology and digital resources to supplement classroom teaching.
