Position: Associate Professor(Entrepreneurship and Innovation )

Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning
Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and workshops in areas such as:
Entrepreneurship & Enterprise
Innovation Management
Business Models & Strategy
Marketing & Digital Communication
New Venture Creation
Entrepreneurial Finance
Business Environment & Sustainability
Teach across undergraduate and pathway programmes.
Utilize modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.
Student Support
Act as a Personal Academic Tutor.
Guide students on academic progression and achievement.
Provide mentoring and pastoral support to students.
Assessment & Quality Assurance
Design, evaluate, and moderate assessments.
Provide constructive feedback to students.
Participate in assessment boards and academic quality processes.
Curriculum Development
Contribute to module enhancement and curriculum innovation.
Develop engaging learning resources for classroom and online delivery.

Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications
Master's Degree (MBA preferred) in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one.
FHEA (or willingness to work towards it) will be an advantage.

Experience
3–8+ years of Higher Education teaching experience.
Experience teaching Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Business Strategy, Marketing, or related subjects.

Experience with assessment design, student mentoring, and academic administration.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.).

Salary-10.00 to 12.00 Lacs PA
