Dean / Director – Digital Science & Management

Role Overview
The Dean/Director will provide academic, strategic, and administrative leadership for the  Digital Science & Management programs . The role requires a senior academic leader with strong expertise in curriculum design, accreditation frameworks, faculty development, and industry engagement to drive academic excellence and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead academic planning, curriculum design, and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) initiatives
Drive innovation in teaching, learning practices, and research culture
Lead, mentor, and develop faculty teams while promoting interdisciplinary collaboration
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards such as NAAC, NBA, and AACSB
Build strong relationships with industry, government bodies, policymakers, and academic institutions
Conceptualize and launch new programs, specializations, and academic initiatives in Digital Science & Management
Represent the School at academic, industry, and policy forums

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong academic leadership and strategic vision
Deep understanding of curriculum frameworks, accreditation, and quality assurance
Sound knowledge of emerging digital technologies and their application in management education
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Proven decision-making, problem-solving, and change-management capabilities

Eligibility & Experience
Ph.D. in Management, Digital Technologies, Data Science, Information Systems, or a relevant discipline
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration
Prior leadership experience as Dean, Director, HoD, or Senior Faculty is preferred

Experience with NAAC, NBA, and/or AACSB accreditation is highly desirable
Strong industry and academic exposure in Digital Science & Management will be an advantage
