Role Description  The Dance Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Aalo. The instructor will plan and deliver age-appropriate dance lessons, introduce students to different dance forms, and teach basic to intermediate techniques. Daily responsibilities include conducting classes, preparing choreography for school events and performances, organizing practice sessions, and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment. The role involves assessing student progress, offering constructive feedback, and collaborating with other teachers to integrate dance into school programs.

The instructor will also help coordinate cultural programs, rehearsals, and stage presentations as required by the school.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Dance Instruction and Dance Education, with experience designing structured lesson plans and training learners at different levels.
Candidates should possess solid Teaching and Dance skills, including classroom management, demonstration of techniques, and the ability to guide group and individual practice.
Candidates should possess foundational Music skills, such as rhythm awareness and the ability to work with musical accompaniment for choreography.
Prior experience teaching dance in a school or institutional setting is preferred, with familiarity in both traditional and contemporary dance forms.
Formal training or certification in dance, performing arts, or a related field is beneficial.
Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work respectfully with children and adolescents are essential.
Ability to collaborate with staff, plan events, and adapt teaching approaches to diverse learning needs.
