Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hindi Language Teacher Facilitator located in Bengaluru at Valistus International School. The Teacher Facilitator will be responsible for teaching language, lesson planning, conducting education activities, and encouraging literature exploration on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hindi or relevant subject specialization.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school, preferably in an international curriculum environment.
Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi and English.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Experience with digital teaching tools and online platforms (Google Classroom, Zoom, etc.).
Ability to engage students from diverse backgrounds and learning needs.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in teaching Hindi in IB / IGCSE / CBSE international settings.
Creative and resourceful with strong interpersonal skills.
Passionate about language education and student development.
