About DSF
Dream School Foundation, established in Bengaluru in 2005, is a non-profit organization focused on breaking cycles of socio-economic vulnerability through equitable, high-quality education. The foundation works with children, families, communities, and wider society to ensure that the most disadvantaged and excluded children, can access education from school to university.
Dream School Foundation supports young people from “school to livelihood,” extending its work up to age 24 to help them realize their rights to education and sustainable livelihoods.
About the Role
The person will be the key connect between DSF and the TYDE students. She/he will build strong relationships with students, understand their aspirations and needs, maintain individual student profiles, provide initial level emotional and social counselling, track their development and help create pathway towards higher education, skills and employment. The role also involves and documenting student journeys and stories and building engagement with TYDE alumni.
Key Responsibilities
· Build meaningful and consistent relationships with TYDE students and create a supportive environment

· Coordination with the TYDE team, mentors, volunteers, parents and external partners
· Maintain student databases and progress trackers.
· Periodic student progress updates and programme reports
We are looking for someone who
· Genuinely enjoys working with young people and is passionate about their growth and success.
· Has excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
· Is empathetic, approachable and able to build trust with students.
· Is organised and good at follow-up and coordination.
· Has good writing skills and an ability to capture compelling student stories.
· Is comfortable using AI and other digital tools.
· Takes initiative and can work independently as well as with a team.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Management, Communications or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in youth development, education, mentoring, counselling, student engagement in the social sector.
